The project team has long focused on fundamental scientific issues related to electrochemical interfacial transport behavior and device performance evolution. They have broken through the traditional research paradigm, which mainly focuses on component optimization and reaction pathway control, and were the first to introduce mathematical-physical thinking tools such as topological geometry and Poisson potential regulation. They proposed a comprehensive control strategy covering the entire process, from interface structure reconstruction to coordinated carrier migration and then to interface steady-state evolution, clarifying the decisive regulatory factors of coupled interfacial behavior in electrochemical reaction systems. For the first time, the research results have surpassed the targets set by the U.S. Department of Energy, filling the research gap on interfacial mass transfer stability and structural adaptability under extreme conditions such as low temperatures and high scan rates, and promoting technological advancement and disciplinary development in China in the field of high-performance energy materials and device design. The relevant achievements have been implemented and converted by several listed companies.
