The forum is hosted by the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, with our school as the organizer. The forum focuses on the growth and development of young science and technology workers, featuring sessions such as a meet-up for young science and technology workers, a policy briefing on young science and technology talent, and exchanges among young scientists and young technology workers, aiming to create a comprehensive platform for young scientific talents to exchange ideas, share experiences, inspire thoughts, and enhance capabilities.

        At the meet-up for young science and technology workers, Professor Xu Ming, a doctoral advisor from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, hosted the meeting. Young scientific workers including Assistant Research Fellow Zheng Zhenqi from the National Key Laboratory of Surveying and Remote Sensing Information Engineering at Wuhan University, Attending Physician Huang Zhao from the Tongji Hospital affiliated with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Engineer Wang Ziwei from China Information and Communication Technology Co., Ltd., Distinguished Associate Professor Wu Jinmeng from the School of Electrical Information at Wuhan Engineering University, and Associate Research Fellow Huang Huanghuang from Hubei Longzhong Laboratory, shared their own experiences and success stories. They posed questions to Academician Zhang Xueming regarding aspects such as early career research directions, personal growth, scientific innovation construction, youth projects in enterprises, studying abroad, and support policies for scientific talents. Young teachers participating in the event also actively asked questions, making for a lively exchange.
