The "Create Youth" China Youth Carbon Neutrality Innovation Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is jointly initiated and hosted by the China Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Foundation, China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation and China University of Petroleum (Beijing). From 2022 to 2024, the competition will be held for three consecutive years. The competition aims to discover and cultivate young innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the field of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, contribute youth wisdom to China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality cause, and enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of Chinese youth to participate in the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.

Under the guidance of Prof. Xu Ming and Prof. Guo Xin, in this project, in order to solve the problems that traditional ship detection systems are difficult to detect underwater low-frequency targets and have high energy consumption in the signal processing process, we have designed a new high-sensitivity underwater low-frequency ship detection system based on carbon nanotube materials, which can be mounted on buoys or unmanned underwater vehicles for long-term and low-energy underwater target detection tasks.
