Against the backdrop of increasing attention to the deep integration of education and industry, Professor Xu Ming from Huazhong University of Science and Technology recently initiated an innovative initiative—inviting the head of Huawei's Genius Youth Project to conduct mock Genius Youth interviews. This initiative not only reflects the forward-thinking of university-enterprise collaboration but also provides students with the opportunity to interact directly with top industry talents, helping them understand and adapt to future workplace challenges in advance.

Professor Xu Ming has long been committed to science and technology education and the cultivation of innovative talents, with a particular focus on the growth and development of young talents. In this event, Professor Xu specially invited Mr. Zhang Han, the head of Huawei's Genius Youth Project, to personally host the mock interviews, aiming to provide students with a bridge to connect with global top enterprises and gain an in-depth understanding of the demands and standards of world-class companies like Huawei for young talents.

This event attracted dozens of students from diverse academic backgrounds. Through the mock interviews, students not only experienced the high-pressure atmosphere of interviews but also received specific feedback and suggestions.
